a) you have notified Deany in advance of your inability to attend (except in emergencies),
b) you select an alternate date from above and email/phone
your preference to Deany at least one week prior to the desired date,
~ NOTE: Makeups are permitted based on availability ~
c) all seminars must be made up within the semester
in which they are missed (no exceptions).
Semesters run September - January & February - June.


Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the 1st consultation date of each semester.
